I caught a Marble Goby at jurong lake! Using a very old spinner.

Oh yes, it's an old design spinner and I have one too. It works pretty well on tomans and haruans as well. Good catch on that Marble Goby.

Yes, sold fresh and live commonly but most are farmed.

They feed on small fishes and shrimps mostly and you can certainly can catch them on artificial lures.

It is a goby, just not a marbled goby.
