Found a tiny juvenile barely an inch long during a lowtide fishing at Tanah Merah.

Pretty sure this is a baby Blue Ring Angelfish hahah

That is indeed a juvenile bluering angelfish, nice find there. Was it trapped in a tide pool?

Yup. Usually I only find small Copperband butterflyfishes so I think this one might have gotten swept from reefier areas by strong currents

If you like reef walking, you can check out St John's/Lazarus island as well. I've just learnt that they now have ferry that goes from Marina South Pier(Via St John's) to Sister Islands too.
