could be nebulous warrse ,silty warrse ,por speckled rainbow fish

It's definitely a wrasse(tuskfish), but a Nebulous wrasse would look something like this:

Wrasses can have very different colours in males and females though, so I could be wrong as well.

Possible, the colours could be entirely different but certain features should be consistent. I don't think I am expert enough to touch on that. :p
