today desided to try crabbing again at this spot, this is my 2nd time there.
LOL woke up late and rush there aready 2+ ... wasted some time finding the spot
as i cant remender where the entrance is liao somemore the grass and trees all overgrown..
at last found the place liao sian not much time left.. so chop chop deploy the cages only 4
so very fast lor. end of day manage to land only 1 mud crab hmm at least better than noting..

That's actually kind of creepy if you use your imagination. This place looks awesome, there must be more crabs hidding in this sort of place. Good catch on the single mud crab.

it does look like a awesome place for mud crabs but i have a feeling that the crabs are not there.
maybe due to some "disturbance"...
the 2nd pict looks promising, bring a few lures. poppers, floatings, and some deep divers. the place look potential habitat for jacks, kims, and cuda. noticed any surface acitivities?

Next time try other mangroves and catch more crabs BUT u must be careful and look out 4 saltwater crocs if any and introduce mi the place nxt time i go catch crabs as baits then use the meat as bait catch mangrove jacks
yo noob bro u use the whole crab to catch MJ LOL but kinda wasted leh use crab as bait ... how abt clams saw some thais use clams as baits really save money
