Its been awhile since i post abt my Mayan and talipia here sorry guys....
All of them are still alive and active accept for 1 which died like 4 days back... will keep posting to u guys the outcome of the wild/tame fish i had...

Ok guys its exactly 1 mth after I caught this Mayan of mine I didn't noe if it has grow longer or not but this is the size now....
Been feeding him small fishes on Monday to Thursday and Friday is special treat day shrimp day till Sunday..
Have not try the recipe yet but will be starting it either this mth end or next mth cox having prob looking for sprulina syrup in my area....
Will keep updating of the Mayan for you guys....

I'm sure the fish is well fed in your tank but I don't think it appreciates being taken out for a measurement without water. Take good care of it ya.

Mayans won't grow big like Peacock Bass can, even so there are many hobbyists keeping Peacock Bass. You would need a bigger tank or a pond of course.

This is oso a male if I'm not wrong...
And this is the updated size of my Mayan after the last update 2 mrh back...
And btw I think this is the female....
According to the website I read the vibrant color the fish is its a female...So guys enjoy the update...

The 1 with abit of pink color is the previous 1.... The top 2 is recently caught(yesterday)...

Ok guys it has been 1 mth that i nvr update this thread so here it comes....
If u guys can see the white colours spot at the pic that the eggs of the mayan...
Good news is my fish have started laying eggs...
Bad news is i dont know what to do now...
