Pendelum Casting

Post by Newguy »

hi guys quite a long time i didnt log in here.
how everybody catches.

Just wanna ask this question:

I had a fren whos been wanting to buy a good rod and he craze abt penn stuff.
He's currently using Abu Garcia 6000ct reel and 25lb moni line.
And he's planning to get Penn Powergraph.

He was asking me if its a good match/combination

He's targeted fish anything that get the bait.
As he is obssesed in Pendulum Casting and he's saying Pendulum Casting can
give u the distance and with the distance biggies r easy..

Would like to hear your comments on this combination bros and pros.
Sorry to confuse u coz I'm still new to this sport...

I haven't been fishing much so no reports from me. :( Penn powergraph is a popular surf rod and you can't go wrong with it. It's a little heavy but not a problem if you have the muscle for it, or for pendulum casting. While casting distance does increase the coverage of fishable area, it's more important to know where the fish are and the right tide to fish in. ;)
