I think you wanna change harmless to dangerous as many websites says that they have venomous spines on top of their pectoral fins and I was told that from what my friends said!

It looks venomous because it resembles a stonefish, which does have venomous spines. Aside from getting bit by it, the stargazer is relatively harmless.

That particular fish is caught by a friend of mine off Changi waters, I've personally not catch one of these before. Pretty cool looking fish.
