HAPPY 43RD BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE !






My way to celebrate Singapore birthday ... fishing !

And look what a preview I had while fishing ... grand stand view de hor

A last minutes decision to have a small scale BBQ session since its national day.
Head down to sheng shiong and grab whatever basic stuff we needed.
And out dear miss Jessie mistakenly took a roll of plastic wrap instead of aluminum foil.
Luckily vidic was able to join us and brought with him some more food and the aluminum foil we needed.

Angie did her part brining up 1 juicy fresh squid for sashimi.
Our chef prepared the squid slice ... took a bite and it's simply crunchy n sweet!
Vidic was pestered into taking a bite as well.

Simon n loomis did a great job ... landing the gelamas for the BBQ.
The fish taste sweet n the meat is just so soft it melts in your mouth.

This night ... all jokes was on raspiritz.
We misses him and he will be missed for another 2 more weeks.
Till then ... we'll have our next session of BBQ feast.

Great outing, I was thinking of an outing too and to take some pictures of the fireworks on National day but couldn't make it due to some unforeseen circumstances.
