First time dinning at this restaurant.

Seafood Paradise, which is tucked away in the Defu Lane industrial estate, is a good find.
Well ... credits of this find goes to Raspiritz, as he was the one who took us there for dinner ...
and he was $350++ poorer when we left the restaurant. :yay:

The Geoduck ... a duck by name but look otherwise ... I'll prefer to call it elephant trunk clam. haha ...
It was good. Fresh, savory with a crunchy texture.

The Crab in superior stock with vermicelli was simply dBilicious!
The superior stock was slightly thickened to blend better with the slippery vermicelli or glass noodles.
The soup was so good it has absorbed all the flavour of the crab. A very delicious soup that was full of flavour.
The Sri Lankan crab itself was sweet and very meaty.

Overall the food was great and fresh.
Will be looking forward to try their other specialty dishes.

dBilicious Index :

Geoduck ~ 3.5/5
Baby Lamb ~ 4/5
Drunken Prawn ~ 4.5/5
Crab with Crystal Noodle ~ 4/5
Geoduck with Asparagus ~ 3/5
Gui Hua Chi ~ 1/5
Crispy Chicken ~ 1/5

The standard dropped after they converted their industrial "canteen" style to restaurant style

abit disappointed with their food leh, but will give them another chance again if there is opportunity to eat there again

Thanks again for the dinner.

A pleasant dinning experience at the restaurant for us.

Food was good except for one or two dishes which was not up to expectation.
Well ... not all restaurant can dish up 100% good food.
There are bound to be certain dishes which are on average.
Overall .... not too bad with dishes like the crab with crystal noodles
and drunken prawns in herbal soup were very tasty.

However ... I find the pricing is a little on the expensive side.
Though we ordered Geoduck which is an expensive dish by itself ...
The bill is a tag too high taking into account the location of the restaurant.

Price aside ... I was amazed to find out while googling for the restaurant website ...
The owner, Mr Eldwin Chua (31yrs old ) was 28 when he started out his seafood empire.
Took him just 3 years to progress from a tze char stall to what Seafood Paradise is today
A young entrepreneurs !

Will try out the restaurant other signature dishes on our next visit. ;)

That's some high class dishes there. Is that lamb really that small of a portion, or is that plate making it look small? 0.o I think the crab dish looks most appealing in all. If I strike lottery, I'll have a go at it. ;)
