Cast Cast again

Post by domvonn »

Went for a 2 hour short session to catch the incoming tide.

Caught about 30 prawns..mostly medium size...shiok shiok.
Think season is coming lol !:)
Also caught a school of juv stripe eel tail cat..bloody hell spent almost 15mins to release all.almost 50 over in a single cast...almost faint on the spot.

Some prawns died on the way home...alive ones is in my tank. :)

That's a nice harvest, imagine how many servings of maggie me that can go with. :D I bet you will be back for more in no time. ;)

lol, 50 catfishes in one cast. I think it's painful just to watch you untangle and release them one by one. :P It's nice of you to take the time and release them all, kudos to you.

I sometimes see casters discard unwanted catch on the beach and leave them to die. I can understand their frustration but it's not a very nice thing to do. Be a responsible net caster like domvonn!

Nicely taken domvonn, those prawns are excellent for fishing as well. Ever thought of using the prawns on the spot to fish for Barramundis while you do more netcasting?

Not quite sure if it is the same prawns...unless you mean the old bishan fishing pond that operated there years ago. They do sell these prawns that is used for fishing there.
