DBS,I think you can make a gd food reporter also..the food shown always looks so nice...make pple hungry..gd catch..so many for this sedili trip..is the cobia fish meat nice?hope can catch one of it soon.. :yay:

We are not sashimi fan so don't know how to appreciate raw seafood ...

But from their ( my kakis) expression ... cobia when fresh ... sashimi immediately ... they say is super super super ho jiak.
Before the meat turns white .... :thumbsup:

I did bring home a small portion ... didn't quite like it but then ...
Most likely is ... I AM A LOUSY COOK ! :lol:

That's why you see me running all over town to find food ... lol !

Singapore is already breeding Cobia ... soon we might just land one doing onshore fishing.
If you want immediate feel ... head up to Ed's pro pond at Farmway 3 ...
The one opposite the CNR Fresh water pond ...
They have cobia inside the pond now ~ :nod:
