Re: Sea fishing Questions
Hm... I was quite sure the line was tied very well. But is the set up okay? Is there even a need for FC leader? I was wondering if i could connect the wire to my braided mainline. I think i shall try again next time with longer wire. The size of the fish that jump out of the water was very large, wi...

Hi guys, I just came back from a trip to pulau sibu island fishing and have a few question to ask. Re: Reason for missed hookup.
Hm...I also have a lot of those encounter where the hookup keep missing when using baitfish. Try using free spool with float and long leader, let the fish run for a while before striking, usually will confirm hook up but have high chance of gut hook. Every useful if you dont intend to release the fi...

Re: Woodland jetty fishing
Hi I wanted to go there today but the weather do not look very good for fishing. If you are using live bait you may need to consider bigger hook size even up to size 8/0 as the assam can get quite big. Also get sabiki jig of around size 10 to foul hook the assam fish. As usually when there is assam ...

Tried, they don't have, also no revo inshore. Joe's tackle also don't have the right hand model for revo inshore or salty stage.

Re: Offshore Boatman Contact
I tried the deepseafishing one last sunday and it was wonderful, with a friendly guide to help to and show you the spot to cast for fish.
Despite having 8-10 ppl on board, almost everyone catches something.
Worth giving a try if you new to offshore.

Re: Woodlands WaterFront
I only try cable car rig once and I problem with the fish keep staying on the surface as there is hardly any current there and the assam seem to like to stay on the surface and they will try to follow schools of assam that swim by so i give up on cable car rig after a while.
