well the first time my toman went into my tank ~ it actually got attacked by my mayan cichilds~ but i took the cichilds out and hes not eating goldfish presented to him.. the next day.. my soon hock.. was gone its about 5 cm.. and my toman have bluging stomache give them some time -D maybe tomolo u cant find the shrimps as well~

u can if u wan because its up to u lur.. u think which one cheaper use lor using live would be more protein to tomans ~ how long ur toman liao~?

i also got 6 baby toman they grow quite fast..i usually feed them with shrimp wow they attack fast but they some how don eat pellets..erm erm..i usually hand feed the snakeheads leh the small toman sometimes do bite my hand but it tickkles :lol: but when they grow big i will not handfeed them le

hah..although they look cute but they are very fierce when feeding today i while i was feeding them by hand feed one jump right out to get the prawn and bit my hand :( ouch
i got five silver dollar they are quite common in singapore and easy to keep at home

Those little tomans can grow pretty quickly depending on how you feed them, before you know it you'll need a bigger tank! :lol:

yes they grow quite fast when you feeding until the stomach pop out like a fatty like that :) for me i don usually feed that much..only 2/7 of the market prawn per day ::x:
