Interesting catches and they're definitely the less common species in our waters, you must be a frequent visitor to BJT. There's usually plenty of action if you use sabiki jig with prawn meat there, and more often so there will be puffers chewing off your hooks.

You're absolutely right, I frequent BJT cause I don't go offshore all that often and my interest is in landing different species. The thrill is definitely in the unknown for me, and BJT, while admittedly overfished- is perhaps one of the most convenient places to find a variety of species without going out to sea by boat or island hopping.
