Caught this recently at Southern rocky shore of Singapore. I was surprised by the amazingly good meat quality (steamed).

Nice, it's now quite uncommon to encounter this species of emperor. I've not seen big ones before, only palm sized ones. Mind if I add your picture to the gallery? :)

Emperors are very common at East Coast park white jetty
