Use soft plastics. i like using the Berkley Gulp small grub. stand on a beach and just cast it out and reel it in slowly, twitch em' occasionaly

You're likely to find this fish in spots with sandy seabeds like beaches or even jetties. They don't move around much and typically stay hidden beneath sand to ambush prey, so keep casting and retrieve, keeping your lure near the seabed to cover more ground.
